The author's research group has successfully researched and developed a wireless tunnel lighting system based on LoRa and successfully applied it to the construction of several high-speed tunnels such as YiLou in Hunan Province.The system does not need to lay a large number of dimming control signal cables in the tunnel to realize the wireless dimming of LED lamps.At the same time,the operation of energy-saving effect is obvious.In order to facilitate construction,networking,controlling,the equipment needs ID number configuration and function test before using.There is no corresponding automatic configuration and test equipment at present,which can only be done manually by Modbus debugging assistant.It is not conducive to LoRa wireless tunnel mechanical and electrical equipment mass production and use,affecting the development of enterprises.According to the characteristics and functions of LoRa wireless network equipment,existing testing methods and market demand analysis,thi s thesis designs and develops an automatic testing system for LoRa wireless tunnel electromechanical equipment controller based on information processing technology,computer control technology,configuration technology and field bus technology.The automatic test system uses an industrial control computer as the host computer,uses PCI2312 multi-function data acquisition card produced by Altai Company to control the switching value and analog signal of the system,and uses INSPEC configuration software as the development platform to design a man-machine interface,which can replace the original manual operation mode,realize the automatio n of ID number configuration and function test of 15 LoRa wireless tunnel electromechanical devices at one time,and can realize online modification of test parameters,self-diagnosis of equipment and system faults and alarms,recording of unqualified prod uct ID numbers and fault types,real-time extraction of data reports and parameters,and automatic copying of equipment.The article firstly gives a detailed description of the LoRa wireless tunnel electromechanical equipment,clearing the requirements and technical indicators of the automatic test system.Then introduces the overall scheme design of the system control and data processing,and briefly describes the basic working principle of the system hardware module.In order to complete the detection of the RaRa wireless single-lamp controller dimming voltage and LoRa wireless LED lamp integrated drive power output current,an eight-channel data acquisition module was designed.According to the actual design,the process and fault dia gnosis method of the automatic test LoRa wireless tunnel electromechanical equipment were designed.The method steps of implementing the system function using the easy-to-control configuration are introduced in detail.Finally,the data analysis is performed according to the actual running result of the test bench.The LoRa wireless tunnel electromechanical equipment automatic test system designed in this paper has been put into use in a certain enterprise in Hunan,and has completed the actual ID configuration and test of nearly 10,000 sets of equipment.The operation results show that the system has high efficiency,low error rate and high degree of automation and the system has a variety of test modes to choose from.It is easy to operate,flexible to use,stable in operation and reliable in performance,can meet the actual application needs of enterprises,greatly saving labor and time,and has significant engineering application value.
