The highway tunnel lighting system is an important part of the construction and operation of highway tunnels.The quality of tunnel lighting is directly related to the tunnel traffic safety and energy saving effect.In order to realize the rapid detection of tunnel lighting,reduce the detection risk of surveyors,fully and efficiently mine and analyze tunnel lighting information,and guide tunnel operators to distribute light reasonably.A set of tunnel lighting security intelligent detection system based on brightness detection has been researched and developed.The detection system consists of brightness meters,a program-controlled light source,a detection terminal,and data centralized management software.The brightness meter is used as a sensor to complete the conversion of optical signals to electrical signals.The program-controlled light source and detection terminal are based on the STM32F429 single-chip microcomputer.The program-controlled light source system is responsible for simulating the brightness change outside the tunnel and inputting brightness to the tunnel lighting control system.The detection terminal system is responsible for detecting and recording the brightness information of the tunnel,drawing the brightness curve in real time,and storing the detection data on the USB flash disk in the format of a text document.The program-controlled light source and the detection terminal communicate wirelessly through the Lo Ra module to achieve cooperative work,thereby measuring the responsiveness of the tunnel lighting control system and the distribution of tunnel lighting.The data management software is based on the Win Form framework,and the detection data is obtained through serial communication or reading files to realize the centralized management of the data.After system debugging,this system can realize the tunnel lighting detection function,meet the detection requirements of the tunnel,and can carry out rapid continuous measurement.It has the advantages of fast detection speed,low labor intensity,convenient data recording and processing,and good security.
