| With the increasing demand for information exchange of modern ship equipment,the number and weight of traditional wired cables have increased accordingly.In the case of limited internal space,wired data transmission has gradually become an important factor restricting the informatization of ships.The wireless sensor has the advantages of large network scale and flexible and convenient node layout.The application of wireless sensors on ships can save wiring,facilitate the increase of sensor detection nodes with the development of technology,and improve the level of ship automation.This paper first analyzes the development trend of shipboard wireless sensors at home and abroad and the current status of shipboard wireless sensors,introduces the current relatively advanced wireless transmission technology,and combines with the actual needs of the project nodes Based on the performance,power consumption and anti-jamming capability,a set of hardware and software design schemes for ship temperature and pressure sensor nodes based on LoRa wireless network is proposed.The working principle and system architecture of the node are analyzed,and the embedded system hardware module circuitbased on the STM32L052 ultra-low power core processor is designed and implemented according to the project task index,which are: power module,communication module and transmitter module circuit.;Then according to the entire collection node workflow,programming has realized the node software design,including the serial port initialization program executed on the MCU based on the ARM architecture,Modbus protocol and the transmission program and anti-interference frequency hopping program based on the LoRa wireless network executed on the sx1276 communication chip.After completing the development of the entire sensor,this paper finally debugs and experimentally analyzes the wireless node.The experimental results show that the wireless sensor can correctly read the temperature and pressure data,and transmit the data to the gateway through LoRa.The data is accurate,and after encountering the interference signal,the data can be correctly sent to the gateway by frequency hopping to another frequency,and the function reaches the expected to meet design needs. |
