| With the development of social economy, the process of urbanization and urbanization is accelerating. At the same time, with the upgrading of the industrial structure, rural settlements,as an important carrier of rural residents’ production and life, the spatial layout is also constantly changing. The spatial layout of rural settlements not only embodies the spatial organization and mutual relations of human economic activities in a certain area, but also determines the functional structure and comprehensive benefits of the rural land use system. With the development of modern industrialization, the rational planning of rural settlements and other land resources has become an important part of rural revitalization.Optimizing the spatial layout of rural settlements scientifically, enhancing the practicality and scientificity of the simulation of the spatial layout evolution of rural settlements will be more conducive to the effective allocation of land resources, and improve the production and living standards of rural residents, ease the pressure of urban-rural land conflict, and promote the common development of urban and rural economy. In this paper, three different towns in Yixing City are used as research areas,The paper use land evolution data,DEM elevation data, and socio-economic data, combined with GIS spatial analysis technology and artificial intelligence methods to study the evolution of the spatial layout of rural settlements. In this paper,we first use GIS spatial analysis tools to extract the land use status maps of the three cities and towns, and analyze the similarities and differences in the spatial layout, distribution, and morphological characteristics of the three urban and rural settlements through the landscape pattern index. The land-use change status of land-use types, and analyzes the influencing factors of land-use changes from three aspects, and explores the relevance of influencing factors to the spatial pattern through grey correlation analysis. On this basis,a total of 13 model parameters were selected by combining with cellular automata, and a spatial distribution evolution model of rural settlements was constructed.Based on the correction and verification of the model, the spatial patterns of land use in the three cities and towns in 2023 were predicted as The future land use of the three cities and towns provides a theoretical reference. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the landscape pattern index,it is found that the spatial scale, distribution and shape of different urban and rural settlements have obvious regional differences;through grey correlation analysis,it is concluded that the influencing factors of rural settlements in different cities and rural settlements are different. However, there are certain similarities in general.(2)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the spatial layout of the three towns, this article uses the GIS spatial analysis tools to vectorize the influencing factors, and integrates the ability of artificial neural network models to handle nonlinear relationships and the ability of CA to simulate complex geographic processes.,ANN-CA model was constructed, and the land use data of the three towns in 2016 were simulated through continuous parameter debugging. The kappa coefficients of the three towns are 0.8515,0.8236,and 0.8847,respectively.The model has good results.(3)Use the trained model to predict the land use data of the three towns in 2023 respectively. The research results show that the rural settlements in Guanlin Town gradually converge towards the center. It is necessary to pay attention to the intensification of rural settlements and effectively improve the efficiency of land resource use.The rural residential areas in Xushe Town are gradually decreasing, and the construction of urban centers should be strengthened to realize agricultural modernization. The overall changes in Taihua Town are relatively small. The construction of transportation roads should be increased and the tertiary industry should be vigorously developed. |
