Research On Urban Shared Space Of Commercial Complex Under The Concept Of Symbiosis

One of the intrinsic attributes of public buildings includes the concept of sharing.With the sharing economic development and technology information progress,sharing being a novel expression has gradually enriched vocabulary of urban,which has exerted great influence on people's lifestyles.For all this,as an important medium of urban life,the commercial complex has also begun to develop and enhance its space on the basis of sharing.However,commercial complexes are also characteristic of crucial function and great comprehensiveness.And at the same time,they are easy to form a self-system in addition to high efficiency,which result in the formulation of the inward vision concept of space.The shared spaces are short of layout design and maintaining continuity between urbans making commercial complexes urban isolated islands in megastructure,and even bringing about side effects on urban space.Therefore,it is of great necessity to make in-depth study and define urban shared space in the face of the status quo of urban development.From the perspective of Symbiosis Theory,it is hoped that the commercial complex with a relatively high degree of maturity in space layout and unique experience will seek a supplementary design perspective,provide references for the construction and renewal of commercial complexes.In the part one,the research status and research on related theory are summarized after giving an overview on the background,origin,object,objectives and significance of the research.Furthermore,it makes introductions to research methods and frame of the thesis;In the part two the thesis firstly makes an analysis of the development situation of commercial complexes and shared spaces in recent times.And then,it offers a definition of the urban shared space of the commercial complex to lay the solid foundation for carrying out the follow-up study on theory and design approaches;In the third part,based on the symbiosis theory,the thesis describes the features of the urban shared space of the commercial complexes from the following three perspectives of urban space symbiosis,urban function symbiosis,and urban culture symbiosis and shapes the design thinking from city container to city content.In the fourth part of the thesis,it makes a detailed classification on the spatial form of the specific bearing space in accordance with the classification and definition of the urban shared space of the commercial complexes.What's more,the creation and using methods of the related space design is analyzed and summarized accordingly,which offers a reference and exerts positive influence on the survey analysis of the shared space of the commercial complexes in Dalian.In the fifth part of the thesis,it summarizes and analyzes the development issues at the present times and develops a basic understanding about the space design demands on the basis of carrying out a field research and questionnaire survey on urban shared space content in the project of the primary commercial complexes in Dalian.Meanwhile,combined with the actual situation Dalian City,it shows the direction of growth-driven strategies around the topic of urban shared space development;Last but not least,it makes a conclusion of the thesis and offers research prospects.There are many successful cases of urban shared space creation for commercial complexes,however,taking Dalian as an example,a large number of commercial complexes are in good operation performance,but according to the urban shared space demands,they are still faced with insufficient development.Therefore,the urban shared space is still in the initial development stage in the design of commercial complexes in our country,which marks one of added elements for future development.Through the analysis of commercial complex,urban shared space which can be regarded as a space type and be the theoretical guidance shows a building-oriented ideas of urban design.It is hoped that the thesis can provide new ideas of the improvement and development of urban buildings and helps to optimize the urban space from the perspectives of symbiosis theory.
