The number of old residential buildings in cold areas of north China is huge and the construction age is early,Poor infrastructure,deteriorating living environment,indoor and outdoor thermal comfort can not meet the standard are the main problem.In order to maintain the indoor comfort range,residents adopt a variety of ways to adjust the temperature and humidity,so as to greatly increase the building energy consumption,contrary to the policy of "energy conservation and emission reduction".It is imperative to transform the thermal performance of the outer wall and outer window of the old residential building to increase the overall thermal comfort and improvement the living quality.In this paper,indoor thermal comfort status quo and improvement strategies of typical old residential buildings are explored as follows:(1)The current situation of the old residential areas in Dalian was investigated,The planning layout of typical residential areas was summarized,the spatial form of buildings,and the status quo of peripheral protective structure;The outdoor thermal and humid environment was measured,The influence of outdoor environment on indoor thermal comfort was analyzed.Used Thermal imager to measure the envelope thermal environment of typical old residential buildings,Research the thermal performance of a typical old residential building envelope.(2)The author electes the typical old residential buildings for indoor thermal and humid environment measurement in the hottest month in summer and coldest month in winter.The changes and causes of indoor thermal and humid environment was analyzed,The thermal environment of the north-south room of typical old residential building was measured,The difference of indoor temperature and humidity in typical residential buildings and The reasons for the difference of temperature and humidity in the north and south in combination with the measurement of thermal environment were analyzed.(3)According to the measured data,The author calculates the PMV value of indoor thermal comfort of typical old residential buildings by formula.The change of indoor thermal comfort of old residential buildings was analyzed.Linear regression analysis was carried out on PMV to analyze the linear relationship between PMV and temperature and humidity of indoor thermal comfort.The subjective evaluation of indoor thermal comfort by questionnaire survey on thermal comfort of residents in old residential areas was carried out.The evaluation model of PMV-PPD and compared with the actual thermal sensation TSV to calculate the indoor neutral temperature and 80% acceptable temperature was established.(4)The author records the average annual water and electricity consumption of the residential area,and calculates the direct carbon emission of residents.According to the relevant evaluation criteria,The comprehensive evaluation index of low-carbon residential building was established.The author uses Yaahp software to calculate the weight of each evaluation index according to the network questionnaire,and determines the key items of the low-carbon transformation of residential buildings.Finally The author combines with indoor thermal comfort research,to proposed the improvement strategies.(5)The author uses DesignBuilder software to simulate the indoor energy consumption,energy saving rate,carbon emission and indoor thermal comfort improvement time of old residential buildings.The energy saving rate and indoor thermal comfort improvement rateof different types of envelope structure before and after the renovation was summarized.This paper analyze the influence of the change of the performance of the external protection structure on the indoor thermal comfort from the aspects of external wall insulation material,external window type and roof insulation form.Put forward the optimal indoor thermal comfort improvement strategies for typical old residential buildings based on the standard of energy saving 65%,Indoor thermal comfort hours number 1300 hours and the economic model.The reference for the indoor thermal comfort and improvement strategies of old residential buildings in Dalian in the future was Provided.
