With the development of information and computer technology,unmanned and intelligent workshop work is very helpful to improve the production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Bridge crane is an important guarantee for workshop production and safety.It is of great significance to study the intelligent operation of bridge crane in unmanned workshop.As a new generation of multimedia technology combining electronic information and simulation technology,virtual reality can make people more intuitively explore the feasibility of design scheme in virtual environment,find problems in time,reduce the cost of physical experiment and research and development.Based on virtual reality technology,this paper builds an intelligent operation simulation system of unmanned workshop bridge machine based on VR,and integrates conventional operation functions To provide users with basic operations such as workshop roaming,bridge machine animation demonstration,equipment browsing and learning,so that users can study the relevant applications of bridge machine in the unmanned workshop in the immersive simulation environment.Firstly,the virtual workshop environment and the whole bridge machine model are built.Through SolidWorks,CAD,3dsmax and other graphic modeling software,the site model and the bridge machine model of the workshop transfer are established,the material,map,texture and other resources are integrated to realize the optimization of the model.After the introduction of unity3 d virtual reality development platform,the model of the bridge machine is reconstructed,and the space and logical structure of the moving parts of the bridge machine are adjusted to lay the foundation for the realization of the spatial path planning and operation of the bridge machine,take the model effect imported into unity3 d platform as feedback,optimize the work of upstream modeling software,give physical attributes to the model and environment,and improve the simulation effect.Firstly,the virtual workshop environment and the whole bridge machine model are built.Through SolidWorks,CAD,3dsmax and other graphic modeling software,the site model and bridge crane model of the workshop transfer are established,and the resources such as material,map and texture are integrated to realize the optimization of the model.Based on the unity3 d virtual reality development platform,the crane function design of the bridge crane is completed,and the model and environmental physical attributes are given to improve the simulation effect.Secondly,the PBD(position based dynamics)algorithm is used to realize the flexible modeling of the steel wire rope of the bridge crane,so that its movement in the virtual space is closer to the reality,and the rendering channel of unity3 d platform is used to complete the appearance rendering of the steel wire rope.The navigation grid map instead of the traditional grid map is applied to the A * routing algorithm.Combined with the navmesh components and collision detection technology of unity3 d platform,the optimal path simulation operation of bridge crane in each layer of space is realized.The self-defined script and navigation agent(mobile agent with path finding script)are used to complete the bridge machine's path finding movement in the X and Y directions of space.The self-defined script can make the cooperative running speed of the big and small vehicles adjustable and controllable by superimposing the motion of the bridge machine on the function of navigation agent,which verifies the effectiveness of this method in the space path finding of the bridge machine.Finally,based on HTC vive virtual reality equipment,the space path simulation operation of bridge crane and workshop roaming are realized in the immersive and interactive environment of VR(virtual reality).At the same time,the conventional training operation is taken into account to provide users with the options of bridge crane animation demonstration,device browsing and learning.
