| In the design of commercial vehicle body,the fatigue durability of cab is the key research object.Based on the virtual prototype technology,this paper analyzes the fatigue life of the cab’s sheet metal parts and welding joints,finds out the location of the risk of fatigue cracking,and optimizes the cab structure to meet the design requirements.At the same time,in the research process,the experimental results and simulation results are correlated and compared to verify the simulation accuracy.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the road spectrum acquisition test,collect the acceleration signals of the upper body and the lower frame of the commercial vehicle cab mount,and get the acceleration spectrum of the upper and lower mounting points of the cab mount.(2)Based on the principle of virtual iteration,the acceleration spectrum of the cab is decomposed to obtain the fatigue load spectrum.(3)The finite element pre-processing software is used to establish the trim body model of the cab,and the fatigue life of the finite element model of the cab is calculated by the fatigue analysis software,and compared with the results of the durability road test of commercial vehicles,the location of the risk of fatigue cracking is analyzed.(4)According to the fatigue failure position of the cab obtained from the simulation analysis,the causes of fatigue cracking of structural parts and welding joints are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement scheme is proposed.The simulation calculation of the improved model is carried out to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The main purpose of this paper is to predict the fatigue life of the new product body in the development process.The whole development process involves a whole set of related technologies,including road spectrum collection,multi-body dynamics modeling,load solution,finite element simulation fatigue performance prediction and test verification.This paper provides a more accurate analysis method for the future development and research of the durability of commercial vehicle cab,which has a certain guiding significance. |
