Fatigue failure is one of the main forms of vehicle failure.Fatigue simulation can quickly and effectively carry out failure risk assessment,save a lot of test costs,shorten the product development cycle.The accurate and effective fatigue load input in the simulation is the key factor to the fatigue simulation results.This paper relies on the "MPV vehicle chassis parts fatigue and durability analysis" project which is being carried out by automobile factory,and selects the subframe with the most complicated chassis components as the research object,and carries on the fatigue simulation analysis.Firstly,the theory of fatigue and the theory of fatigue are expounded.Secondly,the finite element model of the subframe of the vehicle is established as a necessary input for subsequent fatigue simulation and kinetic modeling.Then,the suspension multi-body dynamics model of the vehicle is established,and the K & C simulation and experiment are carried out.The vehicle multi-body dynamics model is established,and the relevant experiment and model tuning are carried out to ensure the accuracy of the model.The research on the fatigue load acquisition scheme of the vehicle test field is carried out,and the load time course of the important parts of the chassis is obtained.The virtual iterative technique is used to drive the simulation of vehicle multi-body dynamics model,and the time course of vertical displacement of wheel is obtained.The vehicle load of the acquisition and iteration is loaded into the vehicle dynamic model to realize the simulation of the acquisition process,and the fatigue load of the access point of the subframe is extracted.Finally,the fatigue analysis of the subframe was carried out,and the life estimate was made and the weak position of fatigue failure was found out.At the same time,the simulation results are compared with the experimental results,which proves that the virtual input can solve the problem of effective input of fatigue simulation.
