The United Nations population ageing standards stipulate that if a country's elderly population over the age of 60 accounts for 10% of the country's total population,or if the population of the elderly over 65 years old accounts for 7% of the population,This country is considered to be an aging country.According to the statistics of the Family Planning Commission of China,in 2015,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China was about 220 million,accounting for 16.1% of the total population.The degree of aging is 1.5times that of international standards.The elderly and medical problems of the elderly have caused widespread society.attention.China's pension model is the "9073" model.The so-called "9073" is that 90% of people choose family and care,7% choose community pension,and 3% choose institutional pension.Since 2009,China has successively introduced new pension policies and proposed a plan for piloting “aged communities”;relying on the community and supporting the old-age pension model.First of all,in the community environment,the elderly are more familiar with the surrounding environment and are more convenient for their children to visit.They can use the public resources of the community as well as provide medical services for the elderly in the community.Secondly,the old-age care institutions and medical institutions in China are independent of each other.Medical care focuses on diagnosis and treatment,and old-age care focuses on life care.The development and supporting facilities between the two institutions are uneven.Furthermore,the incidence of sudden and chronic diseases in the elderly is increasing year by year,requiring long-term care and rehabilitation.On this basis,the development of the elderly medical care service system in a community environment suitable for China's national conditions has important significance for solving the medical care and old-age care of the elderly.This article refers to some domestic and foreign materials and field visits to relevant institutions,using case analysis,literature review,field research,and inductive methods to summarize the community environment at the emergence stage,the advantages and disadvantages of the old-age institutions and medical institutions,targeting the community environment The old-age care institutions have joined the medical facilities to makeappropriate aging designs,so as to solve the problem of old-age care in the context of China's aging.It also provides relevant reference for the implementation of community aged nursing homes.
