In modern architectural design,Regional cultural heritage is receiving more and more attention.The local traditional architecture is the important component of the local architectural culture.,and the local genes contained in them should be fully explored and inherited.As a new type of architecture that meets people’s ever-increasing material and cultural needs,boutique hotels have many aspects in common with traditional houses.Therefore,in the architectural design of boutique hotels,how to draw on and inherit the regional culture of traditional architecture has made certain achievements,but still inevitably encountered some problems in the actual architectural design practice.Based on the theory of architectural typology,the thesis explores the characteristics of the traditional elements in Jian Shui.,analyses the modern inheritance of Jian Shui traditional architectural culture,and summarizes the methods and strategies of modern transformation of traditional regional cultural characteristics,Provides a certain theoretical support and realistic basis for the modern interpretation of traditional architectural and cultural elements of Jian Shui.
