Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Strategy Of Commercial Historical Block

Historical block is an important area to bear traditional culture,witness historical changes and coordinate urban development.With the continuous development of social economy,commercial renewal has become an important means to coordinate the protection and development of historical block,which has injected vitality into the district and achieved the prosperity and development of economy.However,behind this,some blocks have the phenomenon of priority of economic interests,destruction of historical features and over commercialization,taking South Luogu Lane as an example,the historical block has gone through several stages of commercialization,such as independent commercialization,government guided industrial development,and industrial upgrading and transformation,the different stages present different states and problems,it is through the rectification of the problems that the development of the block can be pushed forward,therefore,this paper selects South Luogu Lane,a representative case,reviews its renewal process,at the same time,conducts a comprehensive survey of the current block status,finds out its potential problems,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies.This paper is divided into six chapters to carry out the research.First,it discusses the background of the topic,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research and pinpoints the research orientation.Second,it combs the relevant literature of the commercialization of historical blocks at home and abroad,analyzes the significance and problems of the commercialization development,and puts forward the necessity of carrying out the research on the current situation of the blocks.Third,it introduces the historical evolution and the commercialization renewal process of South Luogu Lane,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the research object of block status classification,lay a theoretical foundation for field research.Fourth,starting from the four directions of "material space environment","traffic environment","business facilities" and "cultural environment",using qualitative and quantitative research methods to carry out research and sorting,systematically combing the block status and pointing out potential problems.Fifth,combined with the characteristics of the block itself and considering various demands,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from the above four directions.Sixth,based on this study,combined with the research content and methods of other commercial historical blocks,the current research system of commercial historical block is proposed to provide reference for the research of other commercial historical blocks.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the historical block in South Luogu Lane,this paper puts forward the renovation and promotion strategies for the exposed problems,and on the basis of this research process,puts forward the conception of the current research system of the commercial historical block.The significance of this research is to enrich the basic data of South Luogu Lane through field research,provide the basis for the subsequent improvement and development of the block,provide enlightenment for overcoming theempiricism in design decision-making,and avoid the randomness of historical block protection and renewal work.The research system proposed in this paper provides reference indicators and methods for the current investigation of other similar blocks to explore the balance point between the protection and renewal of the block,and provides reference for the sustainable development of the historical block.
