Research On Lane Space Remodeling Based On Beiyuanmen Historical Block

In new type of urbanization,urban development pattern from the incremental planning to stock planning background,the historical block,which is the core of the city’s old city,realize the coordinated development of old city of historic blocks and the city government and planning,the hot spot in the academic circles a common variety of historical block protection update exploration has been advancing.Due to its unique regional and cultural advantages,the implantation of tourism function has become an important direction and driving force for the renewal and development of regional space.While invigorating the vitality of the blocks,tourism brings about the evolution of the spatial functions of the blocks,and is confronted with such problems as the alienation of the community network system,the localization of the culture of the historic blocks,and the low quality of community life.Based on People’s Daily life,communication,tourism activities in behavior is the most densely populated,problems stand out of the north gate of historic blocks-street Spaces for the study of the carrier,to explore its update the reshaping and optimization design,make different main body as a space of native and foreign new residents,tourists can realize their due space using demands.Firstly,this paper sorts out the development of domestic and foreign historical block renewal theories,and summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign renewal cases.Secondly,the characteristics of spatial changes in different historical stages of beiyuanmen historical block were condensed.With the help of syntactic axis map and other research results,the influence mechanism and results of the spatial function evolution under the intervention of tourism factors were explored,and the necessity and direction of reconstructing street space were clarified.Then from the use of cultural resources,the status quo of the space system,functions along the street,street form,landscape and public facilities and other nine aspects,the current situation of the streets and alleys to carry out a full investigation,summarize the elements of the current situation and problems of the streets and alleys;Finally,with the view of "adaptive change of the main body of block space" as the core,the paper puts forward the goal and principle of historical street space remodeling under "tourism renewal".Under this guidance,the remolding of street space is designed and applied from seven aspects,including street space system,building function along the street,street scale,building style along the street,street side interface,green landscape and public facilities.It is expected to play a certain role in reference to the renewal of historical blocks in China and draw more attention to the impact of tourism on the renewal of historical blocks.
