With the development of China's construction industry,steel structure buildings are more and more popular as green environmental protection buildings.The steel structure components have realized the integrated process of initial design,factory production,on-site construction,and unified layout,which is in line with the trend of building assembly development.However,there are still many problems in the transportation and assembly of steel structure buildings,which are mainly reflected in the difficulty of installing large steel structures by hoisting,and the installation positioning,installation accuracy and construction safety of steel structure members.The current steel structure construction site uses the synchronous sliding method of one-way hydraulic pushing,but this method has many defects.From the perspective of transportation efficiency,the hydraulic cylinder only carries the animal body during the pushing process.Work,so the actual efficiency of the entire sliding process is less than half;from the perspective of transportation safety,a single hydraulic cylinder will produce a sudden change in speed when the movement begins or reaches the maximum stroke return,and there will be a large rigid impact From the point of view of energy consumption,at the two end points of the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic cylinder must overcome the transition from static friction to dynamic friction between the sliding member and the track every time,which will cause a large amount of energy loss,Causing energy waste.In order to effectively ensure the transportation and installation of steel structural members,appropriate high-precision automation equipment should be used during transportation and installation,but the construction industry lacks suitable such equipment.In order to be able to propose suitable precision automation equipment.This paper summarizes the relevant materials,modern construction methods and their advantages of large-span space steel structure buildings,and selects the thrust sliding method as the main research object,and the hydraulic synchronous sliding used in the thrust sliding method Based on the analysis of shifting technology,an intelligent two-way uniform speed hydraulic sliding system is designed through the method of system design and the application of fuzzy PID control strategy.The design of computer automatic controller is adopted in the control link to achieve higher synchronization control.The feasibility and working performance of the system and method were verified through relevant experiments.The test results show that this new type of two-way uniform speed sliding hydraulic thrust system has adaptive intelligent controllability,which can ensure the smoothness,continuity and positioning accuracy of the movement during the sliding process,and meet the installation of steel structure accessories And the need for equipment movement.1.Collect and sort out the relevant materials of large-span space steel structure buildings and make a systematic summary,focusing on the application status,installation methods and development directions of steel structures as new building materials.2.Introduce the technical characteristics and working principle of the traditional hydraulic synchronous sliding technology,and explain the composition and principle of the equipment involved,such as hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pusher.And summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic pushing system,designed a new two-way mobile hydraulic pushing system,using a single piston rod hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic clamping device combined with variable frequency hydraulic pump station system and wire-line displacement sensor Main equipment is composed with pressure sensor.The standard parts such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps are selected,and the corresponding parameters of the self-made parts such as clamping devices are calculated and the three-dimensional drawings are drawn.3.Analyze the mechanics and kinematics of the two-way hydraulic sliding thrust system,establish the corresponding model and simulate with MATLAB,and get the operation strategy that can make the two-way hydraulic sliding thrust system operate at a constant speed and stable.4.The hydraulic servo control system is briefly introduced,and the fuzzy PID control bidirectional hydraulic sliding thrust system is selected.List specific control strategies and control flow diagrams.
