Generally, the hydraulic cylinder is the acuator for synchronized system. Two hydraulic cylinder pistons movement against each another, with no load or light load, the required accuracy of synchronization is easy to achieve, but during heavy-duty, especially the load is different on the two sides, the general hydraulic control of the synchronization is difficult to achieve the accuracy required. In this paper, by analysing and comparing several kinds of synchronized system, we choosed the mechanical rack and gear body synchronous structure to complete the synchronized system design. Some workpieces which are processed on two sides on the same time such as tubes which are processed on two sides on the same time to reduce the diameter by installing different molds on the hydraulic cylinder pistons in the design of the synchronous system.In this paper, we analysed the theoretical strength of the synchronous structure, using large-scale non-linear finite element analysis software MSC.Marc, constructed a 2D model for finite element analysis. We combined the synchronous structure with hydraulic cylinders, and analysed the friction resistance of the hydraulic cylinder. By analysing the synchronous error of the synchronous structure, identified every error factor in overall share of errors and gived specific measures to reduce the synchronous error.
