Electro-hydraulic proportional(EHP) control system is widely applied in the engineering field because of the characteristics of its simple structure, high precision, easy to auto control and applied to high-power. The synchronous problem based on EHP technology between the hydraulic actuators is gradually concerned. Due to the machining effects will be directly influenced by the synchronous performance, the research of the synchronous control algorithm is valuable to practical value. In the thesis, an EHP control system platform was established with the structure of PC104 and own-developed motion controller, and the software module of motion controller based on DSP was developed. The emphasis was focused on the simulation and experiment comparison of the performance under control algorithms. The main research work and outcomes are as following.(1) the characteristics of synchronous control system based on EHP technology were analyzed. With the modularized thoughts, the control software was planed and motion control is designed on the EHP control system platform. Through programming, motion control function, the communication between host and slave computer were implemented and man-machine interface was implemented.(2) The dynamics analysis of the actuator and the mathematic model of each component in Matlabt/SIMULINK were given. Subsequently, the whole mathematic model of dual-cylinder was formed and verified through experiment.(3) Based on the mathematic model of the system, the simulation of control algorithms was carried out in SIMULINK. On the premise of traditional PID control, considering that the EHP system is nonlinear and variable-time, control effects of dual-cylinder synchrony under intelligent control algorithms, such as feed-forward PID, fuzzy and self-tuning fuzzy PID control, were researched. Finally, Based on EHP experiment platform, the engineering realization, the parameter calibration, the response properties with different loads and the performance comparison were given.In the thesis, through the engineering realization and parameter calibration, the developed software module of the motion control, the communication between devices and different PID control algorithms have significant influence on prompting synchronous control system based on EHP technology for practical application in engineering field.
