Study On Supply Chain Management Improvement Of Greening Project In SJ Landscape Company

As the supplementary business of real estate industry,landscape architecture develops rapidly and orderly by the promotion of “ecological construction”.Urbanization construction and real estate adjustment and control policy have led to higher market requirement for landscape architecture enterprise.However,due to the great seasonal variation of nursery stock,the time difference from bidding to planting is about half a year,so bidding price,start-up price and actual plant price is different from each other.The existing plant supplement mode and delivery method applied by most landscape architecture enterprise is unable to fulfill the requirement of landscape engineering and guarantee reasonable profit.Great change in plant price will even lead to loss in profit.So how to optimize the supply chain is the urgent need for every landscape enterprise.Landscape engineering project of SJ landscape enterprise is chosen as the study object.Based on the resource management mode of landscape architecture industry in China and abroad and study on supply chain optimization program,principle theory of landscape engineering project supply chain management is elaborated in detail;the current situation and existing problems of the supply chain of SJ company's landscape engineering project is analyzed thoroughly in the paper,then optimization program is proposed which analyze the value of SJ company supply chain optimization for customer,enterprise and the whole industry.Supply chain optimization in Project A verifies the result of SJ company supply chain optimization program.Then the project is evaluatedbasing on the study beforehand.In addition,this paper also adopted the case analysis method,combined with SJ company's project operation,and based on the idea of supply chain,formulated the optimization of the supply chain structure,in order to improve the company's landscape greening project construction level in many meanings.It has been proved that the supply chain optimization program,which designed in order to improve the enterprise management capacity,has reduce the operating costs of enterprises,expand the influence of enterprise in the society in all aspects have a credible effect.This give a strong guarantee to sustainable development of SJYL company.
