With the development of Industry 4.0,consumer demand tends to be diversified and personalized,and personalized customization has gradually become the mainstream production mode.However,there is a contradiction between user satisfaction and product customization design in the process of product customization.From the user’s point of view,the higher the satisfaction of user demand,the higher the user satisfaction;but from the perspective of the enterprise,the consumer demand is continuously subdivided,and when the product is customized,the attribute of the customized demand is often unclear.As a result,the design goals of the company are not clear,which affects the efficiency of product production.This paper firstly studies the mass production mode and the completely personalized customization mode,summarizes the market background,user requirements,design development and production mode,and accurately grasps the evolution process of the elements in the product development process in different eras.There are still many limitations to the current personalized customization.It is not a true personalization.The best solution is limited personalized customization.Then,the method of obtaining and analyzing individualized demand is proposed.The Kano model is designed to analyze the questionnaire results,and the Kano category of user needs is analyzed.The four-quadrant map is drawn to identify the important demand of users,and the mathematics between user satisfaction and user satisfaction is established.The function relationship calculates the variable parameter k value to obtain the user demand importance and obtain the priority of the customizable attribute item.Finally,through the classification of the user’s individualized requirements,the quality function expansion method is used to achieve the accurate mapping between the user’s demand information and the product’s personalized custom feature attributes,and the product personalized custom feature attribute classification is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the personalized custom design.The product customization process is designed,and the optimal product customization solution is obtained through module division and modular design.Combining the individualized demand acquisition and analysis based on Kano model with the product customization design process,the product personalized customization classification model from the perspective of industrial design is obtained.Taking the washing machine product as an example,the empirical research method was used to systematically demonstrate the product personalized classification model,and the user customized flow chart of the washing machine was proposed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results.This paper provides a reference for solving the contradiction between the existing user satisfaction and the individualized design of the enterprise.Under the limited personalized customization background,the enterprise can clearly customize the attribute target in the personalized customization and grasp the design.Production focus,rational use of limited resources,determine the degree of resource input of product feature attributes,thereby improving the efficiency of enterprise development and design,and effectively meet the individual needs of users and improve satisfaction,to achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and users.
