As the knowledge economy becomes more prevalent,companies are relying more and more on knowledge,technology and knowledge in production and management,and user demand has become an important source of power for the production and operation of enterprises.Developing and designing products that meet the individual needs of users while shortening production cycles,reducing production costs and ensuring efficient product design and development are key to the sustainable development of companies.With the diversified and dynamic characteristics of user demand and the continuous upgrading of manufacturing technology,large-scale personalized production mode has become a trend.Product configuration is the important technology to quickly achieve the design and development of customized products in the design of mass customisation.This thesis focuses on the problems of unspecific user demand analysis and low precision of product module division in product modular configuration.Taking user demand as the starting point,this thesis studies the analysis and transformation of user demand in product modular configuration,product modular design and configuration scheme evaluation and other aspects.The main contents include:A requirement analysis and transformation method based on complex network model and House of Quality is studied.By sorting out the content of the product industry report,determining the needs of users,using the undirected weighted network model to analyze the relationship between the needs,solving the problem of the unspecific analysis of the relationship between the needs of users,and obtaining the importance of the needs.The K-Means clustering algorithm is adopted to realize the clustering division of demands,obtain the similarity and difference demands of users,and realize the simplification of complex demands.The improved House of Quality model is adopted to realize the transformation of user requirements,and the parameters and importance of the product were determined,which provided the direction for the improvement of product design.Taking the request of the sweeper user as an example,verify the feasibility of the proposed method.On the basis of the Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm,a modular approach to product design has been developed.Considering the functional,geometric and physical relationships among product parts,the design structure matrix of integrated relation of product parts is established.In order to achieve modular design of the product and improve the separation accuracy of product modules,an improved Harris Hawks Optimizer(HHO)is used to optimize the Fuzzy C-Means(FCM)clustering algorithm to overcome the sensitivity of the FCM algorithm to the initial selection of classification centers and the trend towards local extremum.The improved FCM classification algorithm is then utilized to complete the division of product modules.According to the principles of dividing high cohesion and low combination,determine the final functional module of the product,and lay the foundation for the evaluation of the product configuration scheme.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified using a sweeper as an example.A method for evaluating product configuration schemes based on multi-attribute decisionmaking is constructed.By providing specific configurations for each module based on the division of product modules,the user can select the configuration to form the personalized solution of the product.Considering that decision makers are affected by various factors in the selection of decisions,resulting in certain hesitation and ambiguity.A method is offered that the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)based on ternary relation number to determine the weight of programme evaluation indicators and evaluate the user’s personal configuration solutions,ultimately,achieving an ordered meritocracy of product configuration solutions.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by an example of two users and a sweeper module.The prototype system of modular product configuration for personalized user requirements is designed and developed.After analyzing the system requirements,the system functions are designed accordingly.Using JavaScript language to write programs,MySQL for data storage,the implementation of user demand analysis and transformation,product modular design and configuration scheme evaluation and other modules,the theory and method mentioned in this thesis has been verified.
