| According to the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the new requirements of the National Health Commission on the medical construction and medical reform policies,the construction of information quality control and intelligent hospital has become the key development direction of modern medical treatment,the construction of the new information medical system will become the inevitable requirements of the high-quality development of medical treatment.Among them,the intelligent distribution key equipment with Automated Guide vehicle(AGV)as the core plays a pivotal role in improving the automation,intellectualization and digitalization of intelligent logistics distribution system in hospitals.At the same time,in order to make full use of the existing resources of enterprises to realize efficient product development and meet the increasing personalized needs of users,large-scale personalized customized design has attracted much attention from enterprises and consumers in recent years.However,there are few examples applied to AGV products at present,and most relevant studies focus on route planning and scheduling optimization,ignoring the importance of product image innovation modeling design and situational function configuration optimization design to improve user satisfaction and product utilization.Therefore,based on this status quo,in order to meet users’ multiple needs for products,to solve the problem of low efficiency of personalized customization and low user participation,this paper conducted relevant research on the recessive correlation between spatial feature modeling design elements and user perceptual image,the adaptive correlation between product function configuration scheme and application scenario,and the design of personalized customization system.On this basis,the personalized customized design system of AGV product was established,and the research content mainly includes:1)Basic theory research: Based on the importance of product feature modeling innovative design and functional configuration scheme design for personalized customization,relevant theories and methods are studied.By seeking an optimization method to improve the influence of spatial distance threshold on design elements,and studying the mining method of latent correlation of variables and the quantitative mapping method of perceptual image value,the basis of the research method of customized design of product feature modeling was determined.Through the study of virtual scenario simulation experiment method and evaluation system optimization method,combined with the principle and application of BP neural network,it lays a foundation for the research of customized design method of personalized scenario function configuration scheme.Based on the systematic study of the above theoretical method system,the method model which supports the main module of the product personalized custom design system is constructed.2)Research on customized design method of AGV personalized feature Modeling driven by distance weight correlation network: During the product feature modeling design process,there is often some potential correlation between the design elements that determine the product shape and exist in space.In order to explore this relationship,the GRN theoretical model is used as the basis to introduce spatial distance weight for model modification,so as to complete the factor correlation calculation and establish the correlation network of spatial design elements and the image target correlation network.Based on quantization method of emotional image value,mapping relationship between image target and design elements was established,fuzzy and dynamically changing correlation relationship was mined to optimize design process and design output,and parametric process of product feature modeling innovation design was realized to satisfy users’ emotional image.Based on the improved correlation mining mapping method model,the design decision is assisted by the changes of different mapping intervals,and the personalized customized design of innovative modeling is realized by effective design optimization strategy.3)Research on Personalized customized Design of scenario Function Configuration based on BP Neural network: Due to the differences between environmental factors and task requirements in different application scenarios of products,different product function configuration schemes show different adaptability in the same application scenario.In order to find the optimal value for scenario application of function configuration schemes,improve the effective utilization of configuration schemes and realize reasonable and effective utilization of resources.By carrying out the virtual scenario simulation experiment and combining with the parameter evaluation and optimization model,processing the obtained function configuration running data,and based on the basic principle of BP neural network and the example application,the scenario function configuration matching model was built to achieve the prediction of the scenario matching value of the specific function configuration scheme.According to the research conclusion,the optimal application scenario of product function configuration scheme can be determined,and the application recommendation and conclusion verification can be provided for the personalized customized design scheme of function configuration.4)Medical AGV product personalized customized design prototype system: In order to optimize the personalized customized design process of medical transportation AGV products and improve the efficiency of customized design and output results,based on the method model and theoretical system obtained from the above research results,the design and development of personalized customized design prototype system is taken as the carrier to realize the visualization of method model.Through the parameterized customized design platform,designers and developers can obtain effective personalized customized design scheme,reliable design optimization strategy reference or verification of user personalized customized design scheme. |
