With the continuous development of science and technology,the automotive industry is also constantly transforming to adapt to the country's development policy and consumer's personalized demand.More and more types of cars are produced by companies.The problem is that the supply of parts and the distribution of vehicle are more complicated.Reasonable allocation of inventory positioning and inventory quantity is the main way to reduce logistics costs in the automotive supply chain.At present,China's auto companies are relatively backward in the inventory management of parts and vehicles,resulting in high inventory costs and transportation costs.Therefore,the design of a reasonable automotive supply chain inventory positioning model has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,based on the problems of inventory and transportation in the automobile supply chain,the inventory positioning model based on the auto parts supply chain and the inventory positioning model based on the vehicle supply chain are established respectively.The feasibility of the model is proved by combining the case and algorithm.The main work are following:Firstly,Combining the concept of automobile industry and supply chain,the concept of automobile supply chain was summarized.Analyzing the network structure of automobile supply chain,several supply logistics modes of auto parts and distribution logistics mode of vehicle were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of various modes and their applicability were compared.Then,the method of inventory decision-making and the method of inventory classification are analyzed,and the auto parts are classified qualitatively in combination with the supply mode of auto parts.Secondly,Analyzed the network structure of the auto parts supply chain and the inventory cost structure of each network node.According to the particularity of the auto parts supply,the safety stock based on the service level was considered,and the collection mode and the direct delivery mode were considered,simultaneously.Established a two-echelon inventory positioning model for the auto parts supply chain.Thirdly,Analyzed the network structure of the vehicle supply chain,and considered the limited production capacity of the automobile manufacturing enterprise for the inventory model of the vehicle distribution center.For the needs of regional distribution centers and dealer,different levels of service were taken into account,an inventory model that allows out of stock and not allowed out of stock were constructed.At the same time,the transfer and direct transfer modes are considered,then,the two-echelon inventory positioning model of the vehicle supply chain is established.Finally,Considering the effectiveness of simulated annealing algorithm for solving mixed integer programming problems,this paper improved the simulated annealing based on the characteristics of the model,designs a simulated annealing algorithm based on neighborhood search,and improves the cooling function of simulated annealing.The running time of the algorithm is optimized in the case where a better solution can be obtained.Through case analysis,the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the simulated annealing algorithm are proved.At last,through the parameter setting,the factors affecting the inventory cost and the inventory positioning of the auto parts supply chain and the vehicle supply chain are analyzed.
