The Research Of Huayi Wind Power Company On Transformation Of Flexible Production

In recent years,China's wind power blade mold industry has grown rapidly.At the same time as the large-scale and intelligent development of blade molds,the wind power blade mold industry also faces a series of challenges such as “variety,small batch size,short cycle,and customization”.These changes have caused mold companies to have problems such as insufficient capacity and rising costs.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the flexible production mode for blade mold enterprises,aiming at improving the production efficiency and production management level of domestic blade mold enterprises through the adjustment and optimization of flexible production,and it provides reference for the development of wind power manufacturing.This paper take Huayi Wind Power mold Company as the object of investigation,and the blade mold production management of the main problems were analyzed,such as production planning and implementation differences,raw material management costs,production efficiency and mode backwardness,quality system improvement,personnel and equipment management standardization.By analyzing the above problems and referring to the changes of wind power market and the threat of competition,and combining with various factors inside and outside the enterprise,the flexible production solutions of production organization optimization,production resources optimization and production process optimization are put forward.And make a series of adjustments to the production organization,production line layout,inventory system,production equipment and related processes.In the course of the implementation of the flexible production plan,the main things that are involved in the process,such as the construction of the team,the process,the infrastructure investment.And the evaluation plan is formulated for the implementation effect,the possible risks in the implementation of the scheme are warned.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper and the future application of flexible solutions in the manufacturing industry are expected.
