Since the formal implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China's economy has been rapid development,people's living standards have been greatly improved,so people's quality of life requirements become more and more high.But in the rapid economic development behind,but it is at the expense of the cost of the environment to carry out,which led to the two years of our environment and the air have been greatly damaged,haze and acid rain phenomenon occurs frequently,the people's personal Health has had a serious impact.In this context,the state began to actively promote energy conservation and emission reduction campaign,the implementation of a series of incentives to promote the implementation of low-carbon development of all walks of life.In terms of the construction industry,low-carbon buildings have become the new direction for the development of the current construction industry.the development of low-carbon economy has become a national development strategy,so the implementation of the importance of low-carbon economic development is self-evident.In this paper,there are three main parts of work:(1)Based on the relevant selection criteria of the evaluation index,the various indexes that affect the development of low-carbon buildings are determined,and a simple evaluation index system is formed.(2)The evaluation index is optimized by way of field investigation and finally constructed A scientific,reasonable and comprehensive low-carbon building comprehensive evaluation index system,in order to detailed assessment of the implementation of low-carbon buildings,and with the set of assessment system to find out the low-carbon buildings in the implementation process of the shortcomings and deficiencies,Timely put forward the corresponding treatment measures,and then improve the implementation of low-carbon building process.And then with the help of multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,such as system engineering theory,ecological development theory,art design theory and circular economy theory,to further explore the development of low-carbon buildings,and through various aspects of scientific evaluation of the implementation of low-carbon buildings and effect.(3)Finally,by virtue of the above inquiry process,summed up some of theconclusions of the construction,while the future development of low-carbon buildings for the future.In order to study the conclusion more convincing,this graduation project to the Yellow River city project as an example,the empirical analysis of the system,the final draw the project "better." The main contents of this paper include: first,the construction of low carbon building evaluation index system;secondly,taking the Yellow River city project as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the low carbon building evaluation index system.Thirdly,Factors and countermeasures.
