With the increasingly serious global climate problem,people are paying more and more attention to the problem of greenhouse gas emissions.Since the greenhouse gas emissions from the construction industry account for about one third of the world’s total,reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from the construction industry is the focus of the world’s attention.In the necessary ways of low carbon emission reduction in the building field,it is not only necessary to improve building energy efficiency and reduce building energy consumption,but also need to increase the research and investment in clean energy and renewable energy technology.In order to better realize the carbon emission reduction of the construction industry and comprehensively promote the development of green buildings,various countries have launched green building evaluation standards.Green building evaluation criterion is to measure the green building energy saving carbon reduction ability of tools,the higher the level of green building,building energy conservation and carbon reduction,but the actual research process,found that some buildings blindly pursue green building rating,make its building carbon emissions but increases,in view of the problems found,this thesis puts forward building carbon emissions targets can be incorporated into the green building evaluation standard,Analyze the carbon emission of the building,so that the building can meet the green building grade,and achieve energy saving and carbon reduction.First of all,by looking at the domestic and international numerous relevant academic literature can be found,in order to effectively promote and promote the healthy development of the construction of green environmental protection,reduce the influence of all kinds of green building industry co2 emissions,both at home and abroad for the quality of the green building assessment criteria system is also gradually improve and update.This paper mainly compares the evaluation standard index system of green and energy-saving buildings in Britain,the United States,Japan and China at present,for example: Based on the analysis of BREEAM,LEED,CASBEE and Green Building Evaluation Criteriesand other evaluation standard index systems,it is found that although the evaluation indexes of all countries are based on energy conservation,there is no clear building carbon emission index.Therefore,this thesis proposes to apply carbon emission index into the evaluation system of green building.Secondly,in accordance with the building carbon emission calculation standard,this thesis establishes the green building life-cycle carbon emission calculation framework,summarizes the building carbon emission factors,defines the calculation boundary and the life cycle inventory analysis method,and provides the basis for the calculation of the building life-cycle carbon emission.Then,this thesis first selects the carbon emission evaluation index,finds out the index categories according to the carbon emission index,constructs the structural model according to the analytic hierarchy process,and then carries on the matrix construction,calculates the index weight,and establishes the carbon emission scoring standard.Finally,combined with specific cases,the building was evaluated by the evaluation standard of integrated green building evaluation system of carbon emission. |
