With the expeditious development of China's economy,the urbanization process is accelerating step by step,and the construction industry has also developed rapidly.As an indispensable part of the construction of cast-in-place concrete,the importance of the steel formwork support frame is self-evident.However,in recent years,accidents of steel tubular scaffold have frequently occurred,and the scaffold has been unstable and collapsed due to design or erection problems,which seriously endangers personnel and property safety.In addition,in recent years,the relevant regulations issued by the state,industry and provinces have different opinions on certain regulations.Therefore,the research on the steel tubular scaffold is extremely important and urgent.Based on the unequal height foundation in actual engineering,combined with the research status at home and abroad and relevant standards,this paper conducts corresponding unit frame test research and theoretical analysis on the disk lock steel tubular scaffold,and explores some erection parameters for the influence of the stable bearing capacity of the contour plate-type disk lock steel tubular scaffold for providing a scientific theoretical basis for the revision of the standards.The main research contents and conclusions of disk lock steel tubular scaffold with unequal height foundation of this paper are as follows:(1)The unit frame test of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold was carried out.The stable bearing capacity and load-displacement curve of the frame body were obtained.The finite element model of the frame was established by using the finite element software ANSYS for linear analysis.The rationality and effectiveness of the finite element model are verified by experimental results.(2)Based on the above finite element model,consider the influence of the height and the low span of the frame on the bearing capacity of the frame under the unequal height foundation.Through the research on the height difference of the unequal height foundation and the ratio of high and low cross-span,the influence of the unequal height foundation on the bearing capacity of the frame is discussed in depth,and the setting method of the bearing capacity of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold is proposed.(3)Based on the above finite element model,consider the influence of the optimal treatment measures on the bearing capacity of the frame at the unequal height foundation of the frame.Through the research on the extension span of the high-span sweeping rod and the setting of the high and low span bracing,the influence of the optimization measures on the bearing capacity of the frame is discussed in depth,and the bearing capacity of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold is strengthened for specific method.(4)Through finite element simulation analysis of parameters such as aspect ratio,aspect ratio,step distance,pole spacing,sweeping rod height,pole extension length,wall joints,and joint semi-rigidity,the basic contour and foundation are different.In the high case,the frame is compared and analyzed with the above parameters,and the influence of the above parameters of the two types of frame on the bearing capacity is obtained,and new measures are proposed for the optimization of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold of unequal height foundation.
