| Suspended scaffold is widely used in tall building construction. compared with the landing scaffold, it has better economic effects and saving period. whether suspended scaffold is safe is the key to the workers. therefore, how to improve the design of suspended scaffold safely has become an important subject. for the reason that suspended scaffold structural design is based on the simplified model of the plane truss, and the scaffold actual forces situation is different, therefore, it is another important subject that choosing an appropriate model to the suspended scaffold structure designed to improve efficiency. in this paper, these two aspects of the research are studied, and its primary research and the results are as follows:1. Based on suspended triangle-form steel tubular scaffold structure ultimate load-carrying capacity model, mechanical formula of the ultimate load-carrying capacity is put forward and the high efficiency of calculations is realized by using computer programs.2. The rule of the changing of the suspended triangle-form steel tubular scaffold's ultimate load-carrying capacity model is studied, and its trend is presented more directly by the figures outputted from the computers. and then, from the conclusion, the suggestion of an ultimate loading fast-checking-table is brought forward.3. From mechanics view, the suspended section steel scaffold and suspended section steel scaffold's ultimate load-carrying capacity's mechanical formula are deduced by the study on triangle-form steel's load-carrying capacity. and the speed of calculation is improved and the labor intensity of the staff is reduced by the computer programs.4. Based on the experience of construction, the projects of structure, suspended triangle-form steel tubular scaffold, suspended section steel scaffold and unloading combinations scaffold are brought forward, which are compared on the aspects of cost and safety and will be applied to engineering practice.The method researched has been used in the practice and received an excellent result. |
