The fasten-style tubular steel scaffolding is widely used in building construction in china because they are convenient,versatile,high carrying capacity,goog overall stiffness and relatively inexpensive.In the elapsed time,as a kind of important temporary engineering establishment, the security of fastener steel-tube scaffold was not recognized adequately, and collapse accidents seriously threatens the safety production in construction engineering.Hence,the deep analysis and study on the stability capacity of fastener steel-tube scaffold has important theoretic and practice meanings.The dissertation firstly reviewed the development process of the scaffold and its development trend of the future in our country, highlighted the force feature and structural analysis method of the fastener steel-tube scaffold at home and abroad, provided ideas and methods for the following research; after that analyzed the collapse case in the engineering project, found out the cause of the accident and the problem should be paid attention to in the design process of the scaffold.There are mainly three different calculating methods about the fasten-style tubular steel scaffolding: hinged/rigid/semi-rigid system according to the different views about the fastener.The dissertation introduced the fastener features of fastener steel-tube scaffold and different M ?θmodels of semi-rigid connections.The dissertation established the element stiffness matrixes about the main spars of the fastener steel-tube scaffold: erected/longitudinal/lateral spars; then used the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to model the falsework and do the mechanical analysis to get ultimate bearing capacity and stability of the scaffold in different fastener connection forms, joint stiffness and constraints. After the validation of prototype test, the author analyzed the results and drew conclusions which are very useful to understand the mechanical capacity of fastener steel-tube scaffold and guide the engineering practice.
