Study On The Regional Architectural Forms Of Ancestral Halls And Ancient Dwellings In SHANXI,SHAANXI And HENAN Under The Patriarchal Clan System

Ancestral halls are mainly places for holding sacrificial rites.The architectural form and system are subject to various conditions in the change of times.However,under the constraints of the ritual system,they are always kept as a single,serious and solemn architectural complex.The main research object of this paper is the folk ancestral hall architecture,and compared with the ancient folk houses,the geographical scope is limited to the three provinces of shanxi,shaanxi and henan.Through field investigation of surveying and mapping the jin shan yu region folk buildings for the specific case analysis research,dig the development of the ancient patriarchal clan system,respectively,the architectural form,spatial structure and architectural decoration art expression system research,analysis and summary of culture because of the deep meaning,reflects a certain regional history and culture in the family as the unit of ancestor worship and family ethics norm,this ancient building characteristic value.Firstly,the paper discusses the emergence and development of folk ancestral temples from a macro perspective,and analyses the geographical overview and the influence of various cultures on the emergence and development of ancient buildings;secondly,it makes a concrete analysis and in-depth study of architectural space,architectural form and decorative art culture;finally,it combines the government,society and ancestral temple culture from the two levels of ancestral temple architecture and ancestral temple culture.The current situation summarizes the problems in the protection and inheritance of ancestral temples in Shanxi,Shanxi andHenan areas,and puts forward and considers the development and inheritance of clan culture and ancestral temple buildings in the new era environment.Through this study,we can arouse the local people’s cultural identity and social memory of ancestral temples and ancient residential buildings,and explore new ways to protect and develop the cultural resources of folk ancient buildings in the contemporary social,political,economic and cultural environment,thus playing a role of protection and inheritance.
