Site selection is the premise and foundation of mine general plan and general layout,which directly affects the investment,construction and ecological environment of the project.Optimal site selection have always been the goal of general layout design.Based on a tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth polymetallic ore mining and dressing project,the site selection and general layout of the concentrator are studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:1.Study on Site Selection.The mine has a long history of production,the pattern of mining area has basically formed,and there are many factors affecting the site plan.This paper studies in detail the factors affecting the rock movement zone around the concentrator,copper-tin polymetallic ore,tungsten-molybdenum Polymetallic Mine Underground medium-deep hole blasting,Donghe flood level,Yeji tailing pond and deep orebody of Jing Xiang company.In this paper,the external construction conditions of water supply,power supply and transportation are studied,and three concentrator site schemes are proposed.Using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to comprehensively evaluate the site,the site of No.1 Jing Xiang Company is recommended as the site of the concentrator.2.Study on general layout.The general layout studies the main production facilities,auxiliary production facilities and auxiliary living facilities,and puts forward the design principles and methods.The index system for the evaluation of the general plan design is established.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy mathematics method are used to evaluate and compare the general layout plan,and the optimal overall layout plan is determined.3.Vertical design study of the site.The vertical design method of the site is studied,including the vertical layout,retaining wall design,drainage method and earthwork calculation,and the design principles and methods are put forward.4.Using three-dimensional software for site design,the original terrain three-dimensional model is established,the site three-dimensional model is designed,the calculation results are accurate,and the adjustment results are displayed in real time,which greatly improves the design efficiency and design accuracy.
