| After 1930s,with the development of urban high density,the urban complex buildings were on the rise.As the functional integration and image support of the urban central area,many urban central areas of our country have also appeared in a large number of urban complex buildings with horizontal and large scale and more space after the reform and opening up,and the research is more perfect.After 2010,a new type of urban complex building based on the development of rail traffic and construction technology appeared in the central region of Tokyo,Osaka and Hong Kong.This kind of building develops vertically,occupies less area and has a higher volume rate,and this kind of urban complex is called the vertical city complex building.Compared with the conventional level development of the urban complex,the vertical urban complex building has no podium or small podium,with less land area,more vertical function and high volume rate,which is more suitable for the construction of urban central region with land resources shortage,inadequate urban function and difficult integration.The research and practice of the vertical urban complex is still lacking in the inland areas of China.The research on the design method of the vertical urban complex will be of great significance to the development of the central region,the sub center area and the important traffic node area in the future of China.This paper takes the vertical urban complex of three cities in Tokyo,Osaka and Hong Kong as the research object,and systematically studies the design method of the vertical urban complex through two perspectives of city and architecture.From the perspective of the city,through field investigation,data analysis and induction,the relevant factors affecting the site selection of the vertical urban complex are summarized,which mainly include the four factors of the important urban traffic nodes,the specific high density areas,the complex core functions of the city and the preparation of the preconstruction period.From the perspective of architecture,combined with the comparative analysis of the actual cases of multiple vertical urban complexes and the normal level development of the urban complex,the vertical development of the six aspects of the function,space,traffic,evacuation,environment and structure of the vertical urban complex is deeply studied,and the construction design of the vertical urban complex is summed up and summarized.Although there is no vertical urban complex building in China,with the rapid development of the cities in the mainland of China,the core area of the big cities will be difficult to integrate the land resources and the large-scale development of the building.The research on the design method of the vertical city complex will provide some reference and inspiration for the urban complex construction and related designers in the high density area of our city. |
