City is the result of the long-term development of human society,and the height of architecture is one of the material embodiment of human civilization.With the advent of the era of refined urban design,we must pay attention to the control building height scientifically.However,there are many problems in the existing research about building height,such as lack of rational analysis,and the research results are difficult to control and so on.So we need to find the characteristics of building height and the mechanism of influencing factors by quantitative analysis,which can make the building height planning to be scientific and effective.Land use is the strongest controlling factor in urban planning,so this paper defines the idea of studying building height from urban land use.And proposes the following questions: What is the building height of different land use? Is there a certain rule in space and quantification? What is the building height influence factor? Can these factors be planned,guided or controlled? Are these laws of building height consistent in different cities? These questions are not only the basis of logical construction of this thesis,but also the key to the analysis of the correlation between land use and building height from the perspective of urban planning.Firstly,structuring the method of relationship analysis between urban land use and building height.Taking parcel as research units which is divided by land use.Taking urban land use,building height and planning factors as basic data,establishing the research platform from planning perspective.According to the functional of land use and the tendency of building height,urban land use is divided into 4 categories:residential,commercial,public and industrial land,and 12 sub-categories.Then collecting the building height.Based on theoretical analysis,6 planning elements that may affect building height are selected,including development intensity,service level,central system,transportation system,Public facility system,green space system,etc.The basic data are quantified by using GIS platform.Then,taking the building height of Taizhou downtown area as an empirical research object,carrying out the research on the relationship between urban land use and building height from three aspects: the first part is urban height form analysis.The building height is simulated as a 3D model by GIS,discussing the influence of different land use to the 3D model by comparing the number and areas proportion,percentage of facade fit,and number of high points of different land use.The second part is building height's distribution characteristics analysis.Analyzing the stability and preference interval of building height of land use by standard deviation,interval span and interval distribution preference of building height with SPSS.The third part is building height' s influencing factors analysis.Making a regression analysis between the building height of different land use and planning factors,comparing the correlation coefficient and the correlation significance,to find the main influence factors of the building height for different land use.Through three aspects of research,the main relationships between urban land use and building height are obtained: 1.Residential land basically determines the overall form of urban building height,and commercial land largely affects the commanding heights of urban skyline;2.The stability of building height distribution of residential and commercial land is significantly lower than that of public and industrial land,and there are stable and volatile trends,preferred and non-preferred interval in the distribution of building height for different land use;3.The influencing factors of building height is different for different land use,but the development intensity and service grade are strongly correlated with the building height of most land use.Finally,the research method is applied to Lishui,and the relationship between urban land use and building height is basically verified.The research results may provide a reference for the planning of building height.This paper contains 80,000 words,112 charts...
