| With the continuous development of economic globalization,market environment has become increasingly complex and changeable.More and more challenges have to be faced for all the companies.Many research and development(R&D)oriented enterprises had been actively exploring novel areas to promote their competitiveness.But in general,most enterprises have some similar troubles,such as,the long product development cycle,the high cost and low efficiency of R&D,and some other issues.During the practice,it is gradually realized that only single worker or department participated cannot deal with the challenges in research area.Therefore,team,as a basic R&D unit,plays an important role in decision maker’s mind.And it was believed that the high efficient R&D team’s development and management can greatly reduce R&D cost,save R&D time,and improve productiveness.This paper was guided by team building theory,based on an A Automotive Incorporate Company R&D team the author worked,relevant research and analysis on team development and management practice were attempted.Firstly,correlation theories of team development were introduced.The A Automotive Incorporate Company R&D team building,management situation and problems appeared in management were analyzed by theories.Thoughts about improvements were presented.Secondly,in terms of team structure and division,team cooperation,and performance management,the problems and causes existed in the R&D team building were concretely analyzed.In consideration of enterprise characters,improvement strategies were proposed,such as,organize new team,transform team operation pattern,and institutional innovation.Also proposed to establish and perfect security system,corporate culture,and human resource support system as supporting measure.At last,hope the A Automotive Incorporate Company R&D team could validate and perfect improvement strategy in practice,upgrade team development,achieve R&D strategic goals,and improve team executes force and professional standard during product research and development operation.Provide references for high performance R&D team development. |
