With the development of globalization and the arrival of the digital economy era,Chinese enterprises are at a critical moment of transformation and development.The speed of product updates,iterations and market changes has accelerated,resulting in a traditional and single-angle product design and development model that is becoming more and more unsuitable for the current market.The focus of many companies is on the innovative design of products.This paper takes TRIZ theory as the core,analyzes the deficiencies of TRIZ theory in the application process,and adds DFSS process methods that can make up for its defects,so that TRIZ theory can better adapt to the needs of enterprise innovation and give full play to the advantages of this theory.TRIZ is a theory to solve the problem of invention.It has a strong ability to solve problems and the ability to predict product and technology.DFSS has a systematic product design process,focusing on collecting and analyzing customer needs in the market.In this paper,the two methods are systematically combed,and the feasibility and necessity of the fusion are analyzed.The fusion can solve the problem of lack of customer participation and lack of quantitative analysis in TRIZ theory.This paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of TRIZ and DFSS one by one,proposes a fusion framework for the characteristics and shortcomings of each method,and constructs an innovative design flow based on TRIZ/DFSS with TRIZ theory as the core.In terms of demand acquisition and quantification,the requirements of TRIZ theory and the law of technological evolution are combined with Kano analysis.The feedback from the market is used to help the realization of product innovation,and the theory of evolutionary law is brought into the market for testing,realizing the common market and technology.Innovative development of driving products;in the aspect of analysis and solution,the risk factor quantitative analysis problem is added to help find the key factors of the problem,and the ability of TRIZ theory itself to solve innovative problems is used to analyze the production problems and industrial engineering related theories.It enhances the ability of TRIZ theory to solve production problems,increases the adaptability of TRIZ theory,helps to achieve product innovation,gives the program verification process,verifies product innovation,and provides guarantee for the realization of new programs.The model is applied to the T enterprise to help the enterprise search for key problems,locate the cause of the problem,and solve the problem that the production cost of the self-cleaning coal belt conveyor of the T enterprise is high,the process is complicated,and the production efficiency is slow.Customer satisfaction has increased the competitiveness of products,solved the practical problems of T enterprises,and made a prospect for the future development of TRIZ theory integration.It has played an active role in promoting China's industrial transformation and upgrading and enhancing enterprise innovation capabilities.
