Abstract/Summary:
If partial discharge occurs in electrical equipment,it is usually caused by bubbles, sand holes and oil film in the insulation medium during the production of equipment.Because the phenomenon of partial discharge will be accompanied by light, sound, heat, gas and other substances,so we can use physical and chemical methods to carry out daily monitoring and analysis, and then identify the fault location. With the continuous development of science and technology, the electric power enterprises in our country realize the fault monitoring and management of electrical equipment on the basis of UHF technology and ultrasonic principle. In this study, the analysis mode of combining theory with practice is adopted, and the location of local radiation sources of electrical equipment is judged by the combination of ultrasonic technology and ultra high frequency(UHF)measurement principle. On the basis of the combined acoustic and electric technology, the specific problems of the local radiation source of gas insulated switch module(GIS)are clarified.Through the analysis and arrangement of UHF signal,AE data and high frequency current, the interference data are deleted, and the specific location and defect type of the local radiation source are accurately obtained. In order to clarify the practical application effect of the monitoring technology, this study starts with three engineering examples, and makes a systematic analysis on the composition structure, material properties, fault types and solutions of the PD live detection system,so as to clarify the hidden problems and formulate the best troubleshooting plan. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the safe and stable operation of GIS electrical equipment, and to promote the sustainable development of China’s power enterprises by improving the operation effect of electrical equipment.
