| The "community-level vitality center" is a gathering place for commercial activities,public services and social interactions within a small scale serving the community.Based on the combination of online street view map and field survey,this study obtained the data of business form elements and shop location in seven cases of Xuanwumen,The White Pagoda,Xinjiekou,Fangzhuang,Wanliu District,Huilongguan and Tiantongyuan in Beijing in 2013 and 2017.Then,by using the theory and analysis method of space syntax,the ownership of 49 kinds of shops and 72 kinds of business types are judged.43 community level activity centers with radius of 500 m and 308 community level activity centers with radius of 100 m were selected based on the intensity of business elements and the number of stores.Furthermore,four evaluation indicators of "pureness","sparkle","denseness",and "diversity" are introduced to classify and characterize the community-level vitality centers in the case area,and to explore their types of business characteristics and spatial distribution logic.The research results show that: in terms of the number of business types,the six business types of community catering,clothing and luggage,tobacco and alcohol monopoly,physiotherapy and massage,education and training,and beauty care have always been the largest number of business types in the vitality center;In the analysis of "co-existence" of business forms,tobacco,alcohol,haircut,cooked food and other formats always appear together with other formats in the vitality center,which steadily acts as a "glue" between different types of formats,and This conclusion is applicable to all types of case areas and center types.In terms of spatial distribution logic,high-quality vitality centers of the type of merchants along the street,low-level community vitality centers of general quality,and vitality centers of similar urban types are mostly dependent on the Nach parameters of each scale,while the integration parameters have a certain dependence on the Nain parameters of the small and medium scale,and their dependence intensity is not as high as the Nach values.It reflects the high dependence of the community shops in the vitality center on various traffic flows,and these spaces often have certain traffic potential as short-distance sports destinations in the case model.According to the correlation analysis of the judgment parameters of the community-level center,there is a significant correlation between the number of shops and the number of business elements in the case of Hutong block type and the number of workers in the mobile signaling data,but in the case of residential area type in the urban area,it is more related to the number of residents.In the suburban case,the number of format elements has a strong correlation with the spatial accessibility.Further through multiple regression analysis,the key indicators such as the number of stores,the number of format elements,and the proportion of community stores can be obtained from the combined regression of space syntax parameters,city statistical data,and mobile phone signaling data.This research provides a classification basis for higher-precision positioning methods for planning and design applications. |
