The development of trade has promoted the shift of cargo into the container multimodal transport mode.Container sea-rail intermodal transportation is an important part of intermodal transport,which combines the advantages of container,railway and shipping to provide integrated container transport services.As the main site of sea-rail intermodal transport,the production and operation efficiency of container sea-rail intermodal port directly affect turnover efficiency and service quality of container sea-rail intermodal transport system.Therefore,it is of vital significance to rationally arrange the operation plan to improve the port operation efficiency of the whole sea-rail transport.Firstly,based on the relevant research on the operation of sea-rail intermodal transport ports,the research framework of the operation optimization of container sea-rail intermodal ports is constructed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the layout and operation mode of sea-rail intermodal ports,the main port operations affecting the port production efficiency most are determined,and the theoretical basis is provided for the subsequent construction of port operation optimization model.Thirdly,based on the operation flow of import and export containers,the paper studies the operation optimization problem between ship and yard.According to the principle of ship stowage and container allocation in the yard,a two-stage port operation optimization model considering the quayside bridge operation is constructed,designing a double-layer GA on the purpose of solving the problem.Fourthly,based on the operation process of gantry crane,truck and yard crane,the operation optimization problem between yard and train was studied.An integrated scheduling optimization model for gantry cranes,trucks and yard cranes is constructed with the objective function of minimizing the total completion time of loading and unloading operations,considering the operation constraints of the equipment.Considering the characteristics of the model,a double-layer GA is designed to solve the model.Finally,based on the relevant data of Nansha port area in Guangzhou,an empirical research is conducted.The empirical results show that,the optimized stowage plan improves the container handling time and the utilization rate of quayside.Meanwhile,the improved yard storage considering the stowage plan can also effectively reduce the amount of container dumping during container handling.The handling operation optimization model between yard and train can optimize handling operation of sea-rail intermodal port and shorten the operation time.To optimize the port operation plan of sea-rail combined transport port,consider the interrelation between stowage plan and stockpiling plan,and rationally allocate the operation equipment can accelerate the container reloading operation and improve the production efficiency and service level of sea-rail combined transport port.The optimization of port operation in the sea-rail intermodal port,considering the interrelationship between the stowage and storage plans and the reasonable configuration of the operation equipment,is conducive to reducing the stay time of containers in port,speeding up the turnover of containers,which improves efficiency and service of sea-rail intermodal ports.
