| With the development of China’s modern comprehensive transportation system,the strategic position of container rail-water intermodal transportation in complex international logistics channels has become increasingly prominent,and has become an important direction of the development of China’s freight system.Under the guidance of the goal of accelerating the construction of green ports in the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’,how to make the rail-water intermodal container terminals take into account both operational efficiency and environmental benefits while promoting the integrated service of multimodal transportation is an urgent problem to be discussed.This paper focuses on the handling operation optimization of yard crane based on mixed storage in rail-water intermodal container terminals,including the following contents:(1)The theoretical framework of the handling operation optimization of yard crane based on mixed storage in rail-water intermodal container terminals.In view of the the basic situation of rail-water intermodal container terminals,this paper analyzes the operation process of the container in the port,the main research scenarios and research objects are defined,and the main problems of the paper are determined.The first one is the scheduling optimization,and the second one is the equipment arrangement.(2)The model and algorithm for handling operation optimization of yard crane based on mixed storage in rail-water intermodal container terminals.From the perspective of operation efficiency and environmental benefits,the optimization objective is to minimize the total completion time of the task and the carbon emissions in the operation process.Considering the constraints of the actual operation conditions of the yard crane,the dual-objective scheduling optimization model of rail-water intermodal container terminals is constructed,and the algorithm which is suitable for model is designed.(3)Coupling and coordination relationship between scheduling optimization and equipment arrangement.On the basis of the model and algorithm,this paper analyzes the influence of equipment number on different sub-objective function.In addition,by comparing the impact of different equipment arrangement on different sub-objective functions under the optimal scheduling scheme,this paper analyzes the effect of equipment scheduling scheme and equipment arrangement scheme on the whole system and the impact on different sub-objective functions.The paper finally get the optimal number of equipment arrangement scheme for the objective function and the optimal number of equipment arrangement scheme for the benefit.In this paper,the handling operation optimization of yard crane based on mixed storage in rail-water intermodal container terminals is taken as the research object.The constructed model and the designed algorithm can provide practical reference for operators.The conclusions can enrich the operation strategy of rail-water intermodal container terminals.There are 58 figures,21 tables,and 75 references in this paper. |
