Research On Procurement Management Of W Commercial Complex Based On BIM

With the improvement of people's living standards,a large number of commercial complexes continue to emerge,and many complexes have become the city's new business cards.The characteristics of seeking new and seeking differences and the large volume make the cost of commercial complexes high.The purchase of a large number of non-standard products directly leads to a surge in the construction cost of the complex.How to find a balance between meeting the needs of personalized products and reducing the cost of product purchases has always been the focus of the general contracting enterprises of commercial complex construction.The emergence of BIM technology has,to a certain extent,opened up new ways and methods for solving the difficulties of procurement management in commercial complexes.This article first introduces the meaning,characteristics and application value of BIM technology,and summarizes the main work content,specific processes and characteristics of procurement management.On this basis,through the literature survey,the current situation and existing problems of the commercial complex in procurement management are explained,and the rationality and advantages of the application of BIM technology in large-scale commercial complex projects are analyzed.Through case studies,combined with the analysis of the status of procurement management of the W commercial complex and the characteristics and difficulties in project construction,it is pointed out that the integration of BIM technology into procurement management can effectively control the management of the construction general contractor's material and equipment procurement at all stages,and from The procurement process further proposes changes in the content of procurement work in different stages based on BIM technology.From the aspects of procurement demand planning and procurement automation calculation,the implementation effect of procurement produced by BIM technology in commercial complexes is discussed,further affirming BIM Advantages applied to commercial complexes.Finally,further suggestions on the application and promotion of BIM technology are put forward from the aspects of establishingprocurement management organization structure form,carrying out procurement management authorization form,and achieving refined management level.The research conclusion of this paper is to promote the application of BIM technology in project construction procurement management,improve the efficiency of procurement management in the construction of commercial complex projects,strengthen the procurement cost control of construction general contracting enterprises,and improve the information management level of construction general contracting enterprises provide reference.
