Recently,Chinese high-speed railway has developed rapidly.At the end of 2019,the national high-speed railway business mileage reached 35000 kilometers,ranking first in the world.When constructing new lines,the key to the development of high-speed railway in China is to further shorten the operation interval and increasing the transportation capacity of existing high-speed railway.At present,moving block is a characteristic of the development of Chinese train control system.However,the moving block method with the minimum interval cannot be directly applied to the existing high-speed railway,which is still at the research stage.CTCS-3 has realized the train tracking operation through the long block section consisting of multi-segment track circuits.The train safety interval is composed of block sections,while the long block section will reduce the resolution of the train interval distance,which limits the carrying capacity of the railway to some extent.In order to reduce the capacity loss caused by long block section,without adding additional hardware equipment,a method to improve the carrying capacity of existing high-speed railway based on the existing hardware composition and working principle of the CTCS-3 is proposed in this thesis.From the view of railway signal system,according to the different train position in the same block section,the previously fixed block section is dynamically recombined to shorten the redundant distance of the train tracking interval,which improve the resolution of signal authority and transportation efficiency.Firstly,based on the analysis of the development and research status of train control and blocking system,a dynamic block section method to improve the resolution of signal authority is proposed,and the basic principle and combination rules is expounded.Secondly,the specific implementation of the dynamic block section method is studied according to the working principle of CTCS-3.The scheme for Movement Authority generation and track circuit dynamic coding based on the state update of block section are studied.In addition,the application of this research method in the backup train control system is analyzed.Thirdly,the security and effectiveness of dynamic block section method are analyzed.The calculation model of train interval under dynamic block method is studied,and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is taken as an example for checking calculation.After using dynamic block section method in the existing lines,the train operating interval can be shortened by 3.83%,and the theoretical carrying capacity can be increased by 5.07%.The results show that this method can effectively shorten the train operation interval and improve the transportation efficiency under the premise of ensuring the train operation safety for high-speed railway.Finally,the signal point division model based on dynamic block section method is constructed.Based on the actual data of Suzhou East-Xuzhou East of the BeijingShanghai high-speed railway,the PSO algorithm is used to divide the signal points via MATLAB.The optimal division result is obtained under the multi-objective strategy after considering the efficiency and economy.40 figures,15 tables,66 references.
