In the new energy industry,CSP is a relatively high-value and relatively mature industry.CSP EPC projects can provide growth points for the development of new energy in China,but the demand for materials designed in this model is large and diverse,This puts very high requirements on the enterprise's procurement management.In response to this problem,this article launched related research.SH is a leading company in the CSP industry.This paper selects SH-related CSP projects as research cases,and analyzes the purchase of CSP EPC projects based on relevant theories such as procurement management,process reengineering theory and supplier management theory.Management status and existing problems.Combined with the characteristics of SH's CSP EPC project,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for SH's EPC project procurement management,which can help SH's CSP EPC project reduce procurement costs,improve procurement efficiency and strengthen its production efficiency.The research of this paper is mainly divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,the second part is the theoretical basis of this article,the third part is the current status of the management of material procurement suppliers of the CSP EPC project of the SH company,and the fourth part is the light of the SH company.The procurement model and process optimization of materials for the thermal power EPC project.The fifth part is the management and quality evaluation optimization of the material procurement supplier of the CSP project.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of the material procurement management of SH's CSP EPC project,this paper believes that its main problems are the lack of centralized procurement mode,the unreasonable procurement process and the lack of scientific management and evaluation of suppliers.Then,this paper proposes corresponding and feasible measures for optimization and improvement of material procurement of CSP EPC projects from the aspects of CSP EPC project material procurement model and procurement process optimization.Finally,in order to effectively improve the quality of the material procurement suppliers of the CSP EPC project of SH Company,this paper builds the quality evaluation index system of the material procurement suppliers of the CSP EPC project,and applies the network analysis method(ANP)to the material procurement of the CSP EPC project Calculatethe weight of supplier quality evaluation indicators,and further use TOPSIS method to evaluate the quality of suppliers of materials purchased by SH's CSP EPC project,and help SH's CSP EPC project choose the best supplier.
