With the implementation of China's low-carbon policy,low-carbon emissions will have a profound impact on the activities of enterprises in the future.As a pillar industry which plays a fundamental role in economic and trade exchanges,transportation industry will have higher and higher requirements for its own low-carbon emission reduction.Multimodal transport is an important means to adjust the transportation structure and promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics industry.Multimodal transport operators should not only consider their own transportation efficiency and cost,but also foresee the future situation of building carbon trading market in China,and include carbon emissions in the cost range.The main points and innovations of this paper include are as below:(1)Stand in the perspective of multimodal transport operators' shoes,this paper defines the concept of container multimodal transport service network,and puts forward the optimization model of container multimodal transport service network considering carbon trading,which is limited by time window and aims at the minimum total cost.(2)The container multimodal transport service network proposed in this paper is divided into two layers: operation network and basic network.The operation network is the network in which the multimodal transport operator organizes the whole business process.The basic network includes nodes and lines.The lines between nodes are road,railway,water transport and other transport modes.(3)After defining the carbon emission of the container multimodal transport service network,the life cycle method and the IPCC method are used to calculate the carbon emission from the transfer node and the transportation route.Considering the time limit of the multimodal transport,the soft time window strategy is used to transform the time window requirements into the cost of the multimodal transport person.At the same time,the multimodal transport service network is analyzed based on the carbon trading system.The carbon emission is transformed into cost,and the optimization model of container multimodal transport service network with the goal of minimizing the total cost including transportation cost,transit cost,carbon emission cost and overtime penalty cost is constructed.The optimal transportation mode and transportation path are solved by ant colony algorithm.(4)The opening of China Europe train provides a new possibility for the originalmultimodal transport network.Through the actual case of 20 standard containers transported from Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province to Houston,the paper analyzes the existing container multimodal transport network and finds the optimal solution.Then the optimized network and the existing operation network are compared and analyzed from the aspects of carbon emission.At the same time,it verified the advantages of optimized network considering carbon trading in the future for multimodal transport operators to reduce costs and improve efficiency,transport cost and time efficiency.The practicability of the model is proved,which provides some reference for multimodal transport operators to make corresponding optimization and adjustment of their own service network after the establishment of carbon trading market.
