With the rapid growth of China's air transportation demand, the problem of Ground Access at airports has become an important factor restricting the development of the air transportation industry. The rail airport line has the advantages of fast punctuality and traffic volume, which can effectively alleviate the problems of congestion and pollution in the airport's Ground Access. Therefore,it is of great significance to quantitatively study the impact of rail airport line planning on its passenger flow attraction effect to improve the airport's Ground Access supply level and optimize the airport's Ground Access structure. In this paper,he influence of route and operation planning schemes on the travel choice behavior of different types of passengers was analyzed,a nested Logit model of land-side transportation mode selection was constructed to estimate the airport land-side traffic Modal share under different planning schemes and scenarios, and to influence factors.Sensitivity analysis provides a theoretical basis for scientifically evaluating the passenger flow attraction effect of rail airport line planning.By summarizing the planning and operating characteristics of the existing airport lines, the rail airport lines are summarized and classified, and the functional positioning of various types of airport lines is analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it is found that China has a relatively high opening rate of large-scale aviation hubs on rail airport lines, but the types and services are single, and there is still room for development and optimization. This paper analyzes the composition of the airport's Ground Access passenger flow, and summarizes the temporal and spatial distribution of passenger flow on the rail airport line through the passenger flow data of the Beijing Capital Airport Line and Shanghai Line 2,and explores the influencing factors of air passengers in the choice of Airport Ground Access mode.Air passengers are the main passenger flow on the land side of the airport,so the time distribution of rail airport line passenger flow has a strong correlation with the airport flight take-off and landing times;the average distance of rail airport line passenger flow is generally longer and the distribution is more scattered.Analyze the composition of the airport's Ground Access mode and the technical characteristics of each mode, and build a nested Logit model for the airport's Ground Access travel mode selection for the two planning scenarios of single-type airport lines and multi-type airport lines, and calibrate and formulate the parameters of the model Analysis of the combined effect. The results show that the calibration results are in line with the actual situation, and the error is within the acceptable error range.A number of rail airport line planning schemes were designed with City B as the background, and the sharing ratio of the airport's Ground Access mode of each planning scheme was measured from the overall and partial typical areas of the city, the passenger flow attraction effect was analyzed, and the mode characteristics Sensitivity analysis of variables and passenger travel distance. The results show that the extension of the line to the urban area has a significant effect on the Modal share of the rail airport line. The Modal share of the dedicated line,general-purpose and multi-type airport lines has increased by 11.05%,7.77%,and 13.11%,respectively.Taxi and private car methods;the competitive effect of the dedicated airport line and the general airport line is obvious, but the improved connection time can improve the Modal share of the two types of airport lines;when the road congestion level increases, the general and dedicated airport lines The Modal share increased from 11.8% and 18.3% to 13.5% and 20.9%,respectively;the extension of the track line and the difference in train operating speed have made the operation of special-line trains in multi-type airport lines more restricted.
