For modern enterprises,human resource management is the fundamental premise for the smooth progress of production and operation activities,and it has a crucial position.The human resource management is based on the performance management.In the construction industry,a large number of construction companies combine their own performance objectives and strategic planning to establish or optimize performance management,which promotes the construction industry to continuously transform to the direction of independent accounting and self financing.Under the background of the increasing trend of global economic integration and the increasing saturation of construction industry,construction companies must make full efforts in human resource management,establish a scientific performance management system,ensure the smooth implementation of various management measures,and promote the realization of the company's strategic objectives.This paper takes l construction company as a sample,based on the comprehensive investigation of its performance management,first of all,analyzes the problems of its performance management,including the imperfection of the performance management system,the unreasonable results of performance management,the untimely feedback of performance management and the inadequate performance evaluation,and from the unreasonable methods of establishing the performance management system,the performance management has not been established Perfect reward and punishment mechanism,lack of effective communication in performance management,unreasonable performance evaluation indicators are four aspects to analyze the causes of the existing problems,and then respectively from the L construction company performance plan,performance evaluation,performance results application and performance feedback four aspects of performance management optimization program,and finally respectively from the organization guarantee,system guarantee and personnel guarantee three aspects This paper puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of the optimization scheme,which provides concrete and feasible suggestions for the optimization of performance management of L construction company,which is of great significance for the human resource management of L construction company and the further development of the enterprise.In addition,the research of this paper also has certain reference significance for other enterprises in the construction industry to optimize performance management.
