Congeneration is an efficient energy production method for the combined production of heat and electric energy.It has the advantages of high energy efficiency,reliable and stable heating,and small environmental impact.The cogeneration industry has developed rapidly in recent years.As a local public infrastructure,it is important to evaluate the performance of cogeneration projects.At present,the research in this field is very scarce,and it is very urgent to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for cogeneration projects.This paper first summarizes the latest research on cogeneration and performance evaluation by scholars at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant theories,research significance and general steps of performance evaluation,and combines the characteristics and advantages of cogeneration projects to analyze the performance of cogeneration.Particularity of performance evaluation of joint production projects.Secondly,based on the previous research,a performance evaluation system for combined heat and power projects was constructed,which included 1 target-level indicator,5 criterion-level indicators,and 26 indicator-level indicators.All indicators were weighted by using AHP.Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for performance evaluation.Thirdly,the application verification of H company P combined heat and power project is used as an example to obtain the overall performance evaluation results and the evaluation results of each sub-index.It also proves the feasibility of the performance evaluation system of the combined heat and power project constructed in this paper.And effectiveness,and put forward suggestions for the follow-up performance improvement of the project.The performance evaluation system of the cogeneration project constructed in this paper can be widely applied to cogeneration projects of different scales in different regions.The evaluation subject can scientifically and accurately calculate the current performance status of the evaluated project,and clarify the direction ofperformance improvement,so as to achieve subsequent improvement of the project performance.At the same time,it can provide an effective reference for the evaluation subject's future development decisions in the cogeneration field.
