Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Financial Expenditure Of Water Conservancy Projects In China

The construction of water conservancy projects can not only promote the development of agriculture and social economy,but also improve the ecological environment of the surrounding areas.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the construction of water conservancy projects in China to promote the comprehensive development of social economy and ecology in China.The financial expenditure of water conservancy projects in China is mainly derived from the national financial appropriation,and with the expansion of the overall financial expenditure in China,how to improve the performance of financial expenditure has become a problem worthy of study.However,in recent years,the performance evaluation of fiscal expenditure in China is not optimistic.The performance evaluation is in the initial stage of exploration and has not yet formed a scientific and perfect evaluation system.So there are many problems to be solved in the process of performance evaluation,and the performance evaluation of the financial expenditure of water conservancy projects is no exception.Therefore,the government departments in China should attach great importance to the performance evaluation of the financial expenditure of water conservancy projects,strive to improve the performance evaluation and improve the low performance level of financial expenditure at the present stage.On the basis of the study and practical experience of financial expenditure performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper first introduces the content and theoretical basis of the performance evaluation of fiscal expenditure,and then makes a more in-depth analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation of the project financial expenditure in China’s water conservancy Department,and then the Q in China.As an example,the index system of the performance evaluation of the Q water conservancy project is preliminarily constructed,and the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the Q water project financial expenditure performance evaluation and draw a conclusion,the Q water project financial expenditure performance evaluation results found in the results of reasonable suggestions.Through the construction and application of the performance evaluation index system of the financial expenditure of Q water conservancy project,this paper finds out the problems from the results of performance evaluation and puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance evaluation method more scientifically and accurately,and greatly improves the efficiency of performance evaluation.It is hoped that the study of this article can be used for other water projects in China.The effectiveness of evaluation has a positive impact.
