Research On The Integrated Development Model Of Prefabricated Buildings In China

As a new type of green construction method,prefabricated construction has its advantages mainly in the aspects of high construction efficiency and excellent engineering performance.At this stage,our party's central government is actively promoting the industrialization of prefabricated buildings,but the development process is more difficult.The fundamental reason is that the development model of prefabricated buildings that has not been found suitable for China's national conditions has not yet been found.Based on the industrialization perspective,this article introduces the integrated construction theory into the development strategy of prefabricated buildings,explores a development model suitable for China's national conditions,and accelerates the development of prefabricated buildings.This article takes the development of prefabricated buildings in China as the research object,and combines the industrial production mode with the construction field based on the integrated construction theory.From the perspective of industrial development,redefine the concept and construction process of prefabricated buildings,elaborate the relevant theoretical basis,and analyze the concept and connotation of integrated construction;by combing the development status of prefabricated buildings,comparing the development gaps at home and abroad,and proposing the development of prefabricated buildings in China Support,analyze the restrictive factors of development,and demonstrate the necessity of the integrated development model;based on the integrated construction theory,analyze the three enterprise models of resource integration model,construction-driven model and engineering general contract industry chain model,and establish a combination of qualitative and quantitative SWOT Analysis model to make a strategic evaluation of the integrated development model of prefabricated buildings in China.The results show that the integrated development model of prefabricated buildings in China belongs to the strength strategy in the pioneering strategic zone,and aggressive and strategic measures should be taken.Therefore,in order to ensure the steadily promoting integrated development model,use its own advantages,seize opportunities,and mobilize all parties to coordinate development is the primary focus of the promotion process;finally,from the three aspects of government promotion,technological innovation,and personnel training for integration Make recommendations for the development model.
