China’s prefabricated building has developed rapidly in recent years,and the market demand for prefabricated building is also increasing.Although there is a certain gap between China and other developed countries on development level of prefabricated building,China has published many policy documents and standards to help the prefabricated construction industry establish a standardization system.The appearance of national prefabricated building evaluation standard has played a good role in regulating the prefabricated construction industry,but encountered some difficulties in the promotion.Thus,it is of great significance to study the national prefabricated building evaluation standard,the prefabricated building evaluation methods in other regions of China,and how to implement the program of the evaluation system.Based on the development status of prefabricated buildings in China,this paper mainly does the following work:Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes the theory of the national prefabricated building evaluation standard,and investigates the promotion of the national prefabricated building evaluation standard in the whole country by means of investigation and discussion.In view of the investigation situation,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the reasons for the difficulty in popularizing the national prefabricated building evaluation standard,and it is concluded that the setting of some scoring items in the national standard is relatively harsh.The theoretical analysis and comparative study on the evaluation methods of prefabricated buildings in different provinces and cities show that the theory of different evaluation standards for prefabricated buildings is quite different,but each has its own advantages.Then,specific engineering examples are calculated and evaluated through the national prefabricated building evaluation standard,Shanghai prefabricated building evaluation methods,and Guangdong prefabricated building evaluation standard.The results show that the evaluation results have a large gap when the same building is evaluated under different prefabricated building evaluation methods.Based on the results of the analysis,suggestions are provided for the promulgation of local standards or evaluation methods in other provinces and cities in the future.Based on the current situation of the lack of prefabricated building evaluation systems the wide application of the Internet,the idea of developing a prefabricatedbuilding evaluation system is proposed to solve the problem of calculating the assembly rate of enterprises,and to facilitate the government to understand the development level of local prefabricated construction industry.Through the analysis of requirements and technology,the development is performed by using Intellij IDEA development environment and MySQL database development tools,and the compilation is used by Java and JavaScript.The server is developed by Tomcat,and the MVC model and SSM framework are used for system development.This system mainly has two roles of enterprise user and government administrator,has realized a series of functions such as user information management,project profile information management,engineering project data management,and national standard calculation.The purpose is to solve the informatization and programming of the calculation and evaluation of the assembly rate of prefabricated buildings;to provide real-time data support for the preparation of local standards for prefabricated building evaluation in relevant provinces and cities;and at the same time for the relevant government departments to quickly grasp the state of the local prefabricated construction industry.Through the research and application analysis of this paper,it is hoped that it can play a positive role in promoting the development of prefabricated construction industry.
