Glass curtain wall structure is composed of panel and supporting structure system.It is a building envelope or decorative structure with the ability to resist external load,share the weight of part of the curtain wall and coordinate deformation.According to the investigation results of the disaster caused by glass curtain wall structure,it is found that when a typhoon passes by,the disaster causing phenomenon of the open fan is mainly caused by the impact of wind-induced debris on the glass panel,the separation of structural components that causes the panel to fall off,and the destruction of wind support and other hardware materials that causes the whole fan to fall off,etc.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper conducts a study on the separation of structural components with a high disaster-causing rate,and takes the Angle nodes of key parts as the research object,focusing on the following research contents:First of all,the wind action is simplified to static load by taking the wind and dead weight action of the whole open fan as the basic state,and the "hole-node" hierarchical force analysis is carried out for the opening and closing of the open fan,so as to determine the experimental loading and observation methods for the Angle nodes.Secondly,according to the tensile and flexural characteristics of the angular joint during the stress process,the tensile and flexural bearing capacity tests of the joint are designed and carried out,and the stress distribution,deformation characteristics,local failure characteristics and overall failure characteristics of the angular joint are discussed.Finally,under the ABAQUS environment,the elastic-plastic finite element analysis model of Angle joint was established to deal with the extrusion forming part,contact surface and constraint conditions.The tensile and flexural tests of Angle joints are analyzed by finite element method,and the numerical simulation results are compared with the test results.Through the above analysis,this paper summarizes the stress process,deformation development and bearing capacity variation characteristics of the Angle joints of glass curtain wall structure,and provides beneficial conclusions for the design of the Angle joints of open fans in glass curtain wall structure by combining with the normal use limit state requirements and bearing capacity limit state requirements of relevant codes.There are 46 theses,4 tables,and 52 references.
