Asphalt pavement is prone to high-temperature rutting in summer and exacerbates the urban“heat island effect”.In winter,the pavement is subject to frequent snow and ice hazards.Based on the surface coating technology,this paper proposed and designed an elastic composite coating with cooling and anti-icing for road,and researched it,including the following points:(1)Based on the analysis of the control principle of high and low temperature of the coating,the optimization of raw materials was carried out,and the matrix material,functional fillers and additives of the coating were determined.The preparation method and painting method of the coating were determined according to the raw materials of the coating,and the gradation and oil-rock ratio of the specimen were determined through gradation design and Marshall test.(2)The composition design of the cooling coating and the anti-icing coating were optimized respectively,and the types and optimal amount of fillers added were determined,namely,titanium dioxide:silica aerogel:silane coupling agent=4%:4%:2%;sodium chloride:low-chlorine snow-melting agent=10%:20%.On this basis,a composite coating with high and low temperature regulation performance was proposed and three different structural schemes were designed.(3)The cooling and anti-icing regulation performance of the composite coating were studied separately,and the difference of the regulation performance of the composite coating with different structures was obtained.On the basis of determining the best structure at high and low temperatures respectively,through comparative analysis,it was finally determined that structure 1(upper cooling coating,lower anti-icing coating)is the best composite coating structure.(4)Through the study on the road performance of the composite coating,the coating was qualitatively evaluated that the coating has better strength performance;the anti-slip test determined the amount of brushing of the composite coating and the amount of spreading of standard sand,namely,400g/m~2+20%sand,and the British Pendulum Number meets the requirements of the relevant specifications;the adhesion properties of three kinds of coating materials were studied by shear and pull-out tests,which ensure that the adhesion property of the composite coating meets the requirements of road use.
