Asphalt is a kind of black endothermic material,which has high absorption rate to solar radiation,resulting in a significant increase in pavement temperature.In addition to the continuous effect of heavy vehicle traffic,many asphalt pavement soon after the opening of serious rut disease,affecting the comfort and safety of driving.In view of this,the research on cooling technology of thermal reflective coating on asphalt pavement has been carried out at home and abroad.They have achieved some results in reducing the surface temperature and improving the high temperature rutting resistance of the pavement,but some of the current coating performance needs to be improved,and its comprehensive performance needs to be verified.In addition,the film forming material of the coating is large mostly solvent resin,which is easy to produce pollution in preparation,which is not conducive to the development of environment-friendly society.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a kind of water-based environment-friendly thermal reflective coating which has excellent comprehensive performance and is suitable for high temperature,damp and heat and heavy load traffic area.This paper first investigated the climate traffic and asphalt pavement diseases in zhejiang area,put forward the basic requirements of water-based heat-reflective coating for asphalt pavement in hot and hot areas,and selected a coating raw material suitable for local area.Secondly,the design and preparation of waterborne acrylic thermal reflective coatings in hot and humid areas were studied.Based on the study of coating preparation parameters,preparation and coating technology,four factors and three levels of orthogonal test were designed to optimize the design of reflective coating material,and a kind of suitable for local high temperature and humid heat environment with environmental protection function was prepared.of aqueous acrylic thermal reflection coating.The preparation of color thermal reflective coating and its basic properties were also tested.The indoor cooling performance of the coating was tested by means of a self-made indoor cooling test simulation device,and the influence of coating amount and temperature on the indoor cooling effect was investigated.Then the outdoor cooling performance of the coating was studied,and the cooling value measured by the indoor and external coating cooling tests was regressed to establish the correlation between the indoor and external cooling effects of the thermal reflective coating.The results show that the maximum indoor cooling range is 11.2℃ and the outdoor cooling range is 8.3℃ under the optimum coating dosage..In order to further highlight the good cooling effect of waterborne acrylic thermal reflective coatings,this study carried out a comparison of the cooling effects of different thermal reflective coatings on the basis of the previous study on the cooling performance of current commonly used thermal reflective coatings.Finally,the circuit performance of waterborne acrylic thermal reflective coating in high temperature and humid heat area was studied deeply,and the anti-skid performance of the coating was tested by pendulum instrument,and the cooling effect before and after the improvement of anti-skid performance was compared and analyzed.The adhesive properties of the coating were tested by drawing tester,the wear resistance of the coating was studied by accelerated polishing test,and the anti-skid property of the coating after wear resistance test was analyzed.At the same time,the circuit performance of three commonly used thermal reflective coatings was compared and analyzed.In addition,the construction technology and economic benefit analysis of waterborne acrylic thermal reflective coating in hot and humid areas were carried out.No results of this study It only provides theoretical basis and technical support for improving rutting resistance of asphalt pavement in Zhejiang high temperature and humid heat area,and can also be used for reference for prevention and control of asphalt pavement rutting in similar areas of China,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
